For galvanized tiles, the thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc tank to become a thin steel plate with a layer of zinc on the surface. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, continuously immersing the coiled steel plate in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc. This steel plate is also manufactured by hot-dip method, but after being discharged from the tank, it is immediately heated to about 500°C. An alloy coating of zinc and iron is formed. Galvanized coils have good paint adhesion and weldability.
Oiling of galvanized tiles:
Oiling can reduce the corrosion of steel plates under remote storage and transportation conditions, and the steel plates and strips after passivation treatment will be re-oiled, which will further reduce corrosion under transfer conditions. The oil layer should be able to be removed with a degreaser that will not damage the zinc layer.
Galvanized tile paint seal:
A layer of extremely thin transparent organic coating film can provide an additional anti-corrosion effect, especially fingerprint resistance. It can improve the lubricity during molding, and at the same time cover the replacement of the coating.
1. Impact resistance, wind and shock resistance, excellent waterproof
2, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life >30 years (of course it depends on which brand)
3., can be nailed, drilled, can be planed according to the simple construction
4. Various appearances and good decorative effects
5. Self-extinguishing flame retardant, reaching B1 standard
6. Light weight, large area, easy to transport and install
7, stable physical properties, smooth and unchanging surface
