PPGI is produced on a continuous galvanizing line. The galvanizing line may include a painting section after the hot dip galvanising section, or more commonly the metallic coated substrate in coil form is processed on a separate continuous paint line (CPL). Metallic coated steel is cleaned, pre-treated, applied with various layers of organic coatings which can be paints, vinyl dispersions, or laminates. The continuous process used to apply these coatings is often referred to as Coil Coating.

Production line adopts double - coated  & double - drying processing technology, which can produce single - sided ppgi , double - sided ppgi,wrinkled ppgi, one color ppgi, and printed ppgi. The paints use Akzonobel, Nippon, winter as its trademarks which are famous in home and abroad , material including PE,SMP, HDP, PVDF etc. the paint film can reach 30 microns. Aipurui Group exports 1000000tons ppgi annually.
