1. Classification
According to the coating, it is divided into three categories: inorganic coating, organic coating and composite coating. Organic coatings often use polyvinyl chloride, polyacrylate, alkyd resin, polyester, epoxy resin, etc.
According to the combination of the base steel plate and the coating, it can be divided into two types: paint coating method and co-film lamination method. The coating method mainly adopts electrostatic spraying or air spraying. The lamination method is a method in which a formed, printed, and embossed polyvinyl chloride film is pressed onto a steel plate. This kind of composite steel plate is also called a plastic composite steel plate.
2. Features
It has high strength, rigidity, good workability (cutting, cutting, bending, rolling, drilling), variable color and rich surface texture, and the coating is resistant to corrosion, humidity and heat, and low temperature. The coating has strong adhesion, and the coating will not be damaged after secondary mechanical processing.
3. Application
External wall panels, roof panels, indoor wall panels and ceiling panels of various buildings. It can also be used as exhaust ducts, ventilation ducts and other similar components and equipment with corrosion resistance requirements. It is also often used as the housing of household appliances.
