Precautions for use of galvanized sheet

2020-09-26

Common problems in the application of galvanized sheet: if water seepage occurs during storage, loading, unloading and handling, it will cause corrosion. Please pay special attention to handling, moisture returning and condensation water in rainy days. In addition, high environmental humidity, acid-base natural environment is also not conducive to the storage of galvanized coil, please store in dry, clean room. If the surface layer of thick steel plate is scrubbed with solvent, the phosphating coating on the surface will be lost or separated. If you adhere to dirty things such as oil stains, it will harm the characteristics, please pay special attention. If the degree of production processing is higher, it will damage the zinc layer, please confirm before application. With the passage of time, the production and processing characteristics of thick steel plate will be reduced and the drawing deformation will occur. In order to avoid such problems, it is proposed to apply them as soon as possible.

According to the production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following types: hot dip galvanized thick steel plate. The cold-rolled steel plate is penetrated into the molten zinc bath to make the surface layer adhere to a layer of zinc. At present, continuous hot galvanizing process is selected as the key for production and manufacturing, that is, the thick steel plate is continuously immersed in the bath with zinc melting to make galvanized plate; the fine grain reinforced galvanized sheet is used. This kind of thick steel plate is produced by hot dip method, but it is heated up to 600 ℃ immediately after it is out of the groove, so that it can be converted into aluminum alloy plastic film of zinc and iron. This kind of galvanized steel sheet has excellent adhesiveness and weldability of architectural coatings.

This kind of galvanized sheet produced by electroplating method has excellent technological properties. However, the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot dip galvanized steel sheet. Single and double-sided galvanized sheet, that is, only one side of the hot-dip galvanized goods. It has stronger adaptability than galvanized steel sheet on both sides in welding, spraying, rust prevention, production and processing. In order to get rid of the defects of single and double sides without zinc coating, there are galvanized steel sheet coated with thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double side difference galvanized steel sheet, aluminum alloy and composite galvanized sheet. This is a thick steel plate made of zinc and other metal materials, such as aluminum, lead and zinc, and even composite plating. This kind of thick steel plate not only has extraordinary antirust treatment characteristics, but also has excellent spray characteristics;
